To cook the Pâtisson blanc, it should be harvested young and regularly. Young fruits don`t need to be peeled and pitted, the skin is still soft, and the seeds are not yet developed.

Fruit: disc-shaped; Size (D): 16 cm; Flesh: white, thick, watery, quite tight; at the beginning moderatly, later considerably sweet, decent pumpkin aroma;
