In southamerica from where this pumpkin is originally, it is called mongogo. Tonda Padana means the Padanian Round, the Italian lowlands next to the river Po. The seeds taste very good, needs warmth to grow.

Fruit: Round, up and down slightly flattened; Size (D): 15 - 20 cm; Flesh: intensivly yellow, thick, tender, to fry and bake;
